Principle:
PSA nitrogen generators take clean compressed air as raw materials, and carbon molecular sieve as the adsorbent. It acquires nitrogen at room temperatures based on the PSA principle. According to the differences of the adsorption amounts of oxygen and nitrogen on the surface of the carbon molecular sieve, as well as their different diffusion rates in the carbon molecular sieves, programmable PLC is used to control the opening and closing of the valve to achieve pressure adsorption, desorption and decompression, and thus separate oxygen from nitrogen to obtain the desired nitrogen purity.
