Principle:
O2+C——CO2
Based on the principle that oxygen reacts with carbon to produce carbon dioxide with the help of catalysts, nitrogen passes through a deaerator containing efficient carbon deoxidizer, to remove oxygen impurities, and then after removing water and carbon dioxide through adsorption drying, high purity nitrogen is achieved. The core component of deoxidation is the carbon deoxidizer, which contains palladium and other precious metals, playing a catalytic role in the reaction, to ensure the capacity and depth of deoxidization in a certain temperature range.
Features:
1. The pure gas does not contain hydrogen, suitable for applications with strict restriction of hydrogen production;
2. Simple principle; the carbon deoxidizer is of consumption supplement type, and the deoxidation capacity is always the same as new equipment;
