Principle:
O2 + H2 - H2O
Based on the principle that oxygen reacts with hydrogen to produce water with the help of catalysts, hydrogen is added into nitrogen, and the mixed gases react in a deaerator containing efficient catalyst, to remove oxygen impurities, and then after freezing and adsorption two-level drying for removing water, high purity nitrogen is achieved. The core component of deoxidation is the catalyst, and the material that plays a catalytic role in the catalyst is palladium and other precious metals. So, the catalyst here is called palladium catalyst, also known as the palladium medium.
Features:
1. The pure gas contains excess hydrogen, suitable for applications that need a reducing atmosphere; the hydrogen content is adjustable;
2. Simple principle, reasonable structure, low energy consumption;
3. Stable gas indicators, low impurity content;
4. Optional automatic system, enabling unattended;
5. A wide range of applications, no special requirements on the feed gas.
