Product Introduction :

The fully automatic high-pressure intelligent reaction system is a set of fully automatic six-shot robotic reaction devices independently developed and designed by Laibei Instruments . It is mainly aimed at chemical reactions in corrosive and high-risk environments. It can cooperate with the robotic arm to perform automatic feeding, heating, cleaning, unloading and other operations. The entire process is automated and no manual labor is required.

Features :

Fully automatic :
A multi-axis robotic arm accurately identifies material positions, enabling gripping of test tubes, flipping and dumping of materials , and four / six-station cruise feeding. The entire system offers fully automatic operation, including automatic feeding of solid and liquid materials, multi-mode cleaning ( normal cleaning, acid cleaning, heated rinsing, and multiple cycle cleaning ) , automatic discharge, chamber lifting, opening and closing, and pressure relief.

Intelligence : High-precision intelligent touch screen controller , which can display the temperature inside the cover / heater ( jacket oil temperature ) , display and set the stirring speed, measure and display the pressure inside the kettle , and also has functions such as automatic overpressure release protection, automatic deflation, automatic cleaning, automatic lifting, automatic opening and closing, and automatic data collection.

Safety: Intelligent temperature control eliminates thermal shock, ensuring precise temperature control and an adjustable heating rate. Over-temperature and over-pressure alarms automatically cut off the heating power. Multiple misoperation alarms ensure a safe and smooth experiment. No leaks or exposed rotating parts ensure safer experiments .

High Quality: 15 - inch industrial-grade touch screen with digital temperature display; imported components, Hastelloy anti-corrosion and explosion-proof membrane; no welds on internal components, stable structure, and integral movement. Smooth operation, high torque, no sparks, and long life.

Humanization: Adjust the touch screen angle at will, human-computer interaction, user-friendly interface; LAN, Ethernet, APP remote control , etc.

Customization: We can provide customized equipment for specific experiments according to customers' different configuration requirements.
