Product Description
B7-33 is an artificially designed peptide similar to H2 relaxin, making a peptide consisting of 27 amino acids. B7-33 activates the signal transduction of relaxin peptide receptor 1 by preferentially activating protein kinase extracellular signal-regulated kinase with phosphorylated mitogen. In animal model experiments, it can be concluded that B7-33 can reduce cardiomyocyte death and endoplasmic reticulum stress, protect cardiac function, and protect mice from acute myocardial injury. At the same time, B7-33 has been shown to specifically bind the relaxin receptor RXFP1 in fibroblasts in vitro, rat and mouse in vivo fibrosis models, and preferentially activate pathways related to anti-fibrosis without side effects.
