Indications:
It is used to treat esophageal variceal bleeding.
Usage and dosage:
Give it intravenously.
Dose: For acute esophageal variceal bleeding, the initial injection dose is 2 mg. Dissolve 5 ml sodium chloride injection for every 1 mg of powder injection, and slowly inject intravenously (more than 1 minute). Meanwhile, blood pressure and heart rate were observed. The maintenance dose is 1-2 mg intravenously administered every 4 hours for 24-36 hours until bleeding is controlled.
The prepared solution must be used as soon as possible and used up within 12 hours.
Matters needing attention:
1. Although the pressurization and antidiuretic effect of this product is lower than that of lysine vasopressin and arginine vasopressin, it should be used with caution in patients with hypertension, cardiac dysfunction or renal insufficiency.
2. The patient's blood pressure and serum sodium and potassium balance should be monitored frequently when using.
