ACF0020A Methyl cobalamin Pharmaceutical grade CAS Number 13422-55-4 Molecular Formula C63H91CoN13O14P Molecular Weight 1344.38 Package：25kg/drum Function: treat nervous system disease, relieve pain Application: drugs Tags: Antipyretic Analgesic.
Methyl cobalamin is drug for treatment of peripheral nerve disorder, comparing with other vitamin B12 preparation, it has good transitivity for nervous tissue, through methyl transfer reaction it can promote the metabolism of nucleic acid—— protein ——lipid, it also can repair the damaged nerve tissue. It plays the role of coenzyme in the synthesis process from cysteine to methionine, especially it participates in the synthesis process from deoxyuridine to thymidine and promote synthesis of DNA and RNA. In addition, in the experiment of glia cells, the drug can improve the activity of methionine synthase and promotes synthesis of myelin lipid lecithin. It can improve metabolism disorder of the nervous tissue. Mecobalamin also can be used for megaloblastic anemia and peripheral nerve disorder caused by lack of vitamin B12.
