L-carnosine is a dipeptide (two amino acids) often found in organs and tissues such as the brain, heart, skin, muscles, kidneys and stomach groups. L-carnosine activates cells and anti-aging in the human body through two mechanisms: inhibiting glycation and protecting our cells from damage caused by self-chemicalbook groups, glycation has the consequence of uncontrolled cross-linking of sugar molecules and proteins (sugar molecules stick to proteins), loss of cell function and incomplete gene combination, which will accelerate aging. L-Carnosine also stabilizes cell membranes and reduces brain lipid peroxidation, thereby preventing nerve and brain degeneration.
