Product Description
The traditional commonly used bow baffle heat exchanger has
defects such as large flow resistance and pressure drop, flow
stagnant zone, easy scaling, small average temperature difference
of heat transfer, and easy failure under vibration conditions, while
the spiral baffle heat exchanger is in an approximate spiral flow
state when baffling, which strengthens the heat transfer in the shell,
eliminates the flow dead zone of the shell flow, reduces the
pressure drop in the shell, reduces the vibration of the heat
exchanger tube bundle and is not easy to scale, and reduces the
energy consumption of the heat exchanger.
