The 1 - ton annual output pilot production line of plant derived recombinant human serum albumin put into operation successfully in January 2015. This marks a big step of Healthgen Biotechnology in large scale production of recombinant proteins. The design, construction and management system of this ton class factory of plant derived recombinant human serum albumin conform to the new GMP requirements, meet the production needs of new drugs application and phase I clinical study samples. Healthgen Biotechnology plans to submit the clinical trial application to the CDE according to State Category I New Drug of Biological Products in June 2015, and expects clinical trials conducting in 2016-2018.
