Synbio Tech group was established in 2000. We are specialized in probiotics research and manufacture for both human beings and animal health. From small-scale laboratory in 1995 to well set-up culture collection and data bank, we have gained more than a decade of research experience and have built a solid foundation in probiotic industry for global market.
R&D Team and State-of-the-Art Production Technology
As a leading probiotics manufacturer, we have been devoting to developing our R&D competency with outstanding microbiological experts, advanced lab instruments, and the culture collection and data bank preserving more than 2,000 strains of lactic acid bacteria. Our research institute has established many analytical platforms for the culture studies, such as the molecular biological analysis for strain identity, cell immuno-regulation methods, antioxidant ability measurement, and pathogens inhibitory analysis. Through these established platforms, we have discovered several patented probiotic strains, for example, AB-Kefir for prevention from diarrhea, LP28 for improving immune system, STP4 for preventing urogenital infections, STP2 for preventing Heliconacter pylori infection, and GRX02 for protecting liver health, etc.
Our factory is in compliance with ISO22000, HACCP, FGMP/TQF, HALAL, and US FDA registered facility. All production processes are monitored by confident quality assurance and control systems to guarantee the consistent quality of product.
SYNTEK® thorough—Probiotics Optimizing Development System
It is our core competency based on stain level in production process without gene modification that enables to improve better quality of probiotic products in properties of storage stability, gastric acid/bile salt tolerance, adhesive ability, specific functions, etc. In terms of SYNTEK®, we have developed more than 30 commercial individual strains with highly concentrated, stable and effective functions. We also offer customized service for powder bulk, sachet and capsule bulk, or relevant finished products.
