Custom peptide synthesis generally refers to a service of artificial peptide synthesis. It refers to the service of processing and synthesis to meet specific needs according to the needs of customers, such as different requirements of sequence, purity, molecular weight, etc.The molecular weight was confirmed by mass spectrometer to determine whether the crude MS was correct or not, and then the crude MS was purified by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to obtain the quality peptide.According to different experiments, different purities of peptides can be selected. In the process of peptide synthesis, when the peptide chain is too long, there will often be residues, amino acid condensation difficulties and so on. Based on these phenomena, we have developed three effective ways to improve the success rate of the reaction:
1. Microwave synthesis method: For some amino acids which are difficult to condense in the synthesis process, we use the microwave method to synthesize, which has significant effect and greatly shortens the reaction time.

Hydrazide synthesis method: The method of synthesizing peptide by hydrazide method is to synthesize N-terminal Cys peptide andChemical selective reaction between C-terminal peptide hydrazides forms amide bonds to achieve peptide linkage. According to the position of Cys in the peptide chain, the whole peptide chain is divided into several sequences and synthesized separately.
