Description
Triphenylphosphine appears as colorless crystals or a white powder. It insoluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol, but readily soluble in organic solvents such as benzene, ether, and chloroform. Its molecular structure consists of three phenyl rings attached to a central phosphorus atom, imparting stability and reactivity to the molecule.
