Pharmacological effects
Pralofen, a propionic acid derivative, is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic drug, which can inhibit the biosynthesis of prostaglandin and play an antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory role. The inhibitory effect of praprofen on fever in rabbits was stronger than that of indomethacin, ibuprofen and aspirin, but had no effect on normal body temperature. In the experiment of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) induced fever in rabbits, the oral administration of syrups showed a dose-dependent antipyretic effect. In addition, animal experiments also showed that the analgesic effect of praloxone is stronger than ibuprofen and aspirin.
pharmacokinetics
Cornea, conjunctiva, anterior sclera, extraocular muscles, anterior aqueous humor, iris, posterior sclera. The distribution of drugs in the crystal, blood and liver is very small, and there is almost no vitreous.
For chronic rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, neck, shoulder, wrist syndrome, low back pain and periodontitis anti-inflammatory analgesia, inflammation caused by fever and trauma, postoperative analgesia.
