LED20G Dual UV detector suited for preparative and flash chromatography, which thanks to unique ECOM patented technology, radically improves features of detectors that use LED diodes as a source of light spectra.
Usually LED diodes have peak wavelength with tolerance +/- 5 nm and spectral half width of 10 – 20 nm, which is for some applications not acceptable. However, the ECOM solution allows for narrowing down spectral bandwidth and choosing the exact wavelength from LED diode spectrum due to patent technology.
This Dual UV detector version measures at two fixed wavelengths, which is given by installed LED diodes.
Standardly are used diodes with wavelengths 254 and 280 nm.
Customer optional choice of wavelength in the range 254-600 nm with step 1 nm.
