Product Description
Distillation operation is a process in which a liquid mixture undergoes multiple partial vaporizations and partial
condensation in a distillation system, utilizing the properties of different volatile components at a certain temperature
and pressure, to achieve complete separation of each component; Distillation is a multi-stage separation process, which
involves multiple partial vaporizations and partial condensation simultaneously. This equipment includes an electric
constant speed stirring system, condensation, distillation, collection, and drip adding system, and the interlayer
of the reactor needs to be externally connected with heating or cooling circulating device externally. While stirring
materials, the circulated heating oil or coolant injected to the interlayer is used for heating or cooling the material
inside the reactor. When the material undergoes heating reaction, the evaporation efficiency can be improved under
vacuum conditions (a vacuum device needs to be connected). The solvent steam is cooled into a liquid through the glass
condensation coil (a cooling device needs to be connected), which can be returned to the reactor, or recovered through
a dean-stark or through a distillation system for step-by-step recovery. After the reaction is completed, the material can
be discharged from the side discharging port at the reactor bottom.
