Cetyl Tranexamate HCL (or TXC as its also known) is an oil-soluble derivative of tranexamic acid. It does everything tranexamic acid does with increased skin penetration. Cetyl Tranexamate HCI is considered to be 60 times more effective at lightening the skin that plain tranexamic acid.
The emergence of Next Generation Tranexamic Acid (TXC), a unique ester formed by lipid hydrocarbon chains, represents a major scientific breakthrough in the control of pigmentation. TXC's unique molecular structure has unprecedented deep penetration of the epidermis. After being applied to the skin and absorbed, it can be gradually activated by the esterase naturally present in the skin cells and converted into an active form of tranexamic acid for action, so the whitening effect can last for 12 hours. TXC molecules have "all-round whitening effect", which can lock the three layers of skin at one time, control the six main factors of melanin production, act on all key steps of melanin synthesis, and effectively control the formation of melanin.

Function
Cetyl Tranexamate HCL is a unique ester formed from the hydrocarbon chains of lipids. With its unique molecular structure, TXC penetrates deeper into the epidermis than ever before, 97 times more penetrating than traditional acid forms. When applied to the skin, it is gradually activated into the active form of transacid by esterases (esterases naturally present in skin cells) for 12 hours. TXC molecule has "all-round whitening effect", locks three functional levels of the skin at one time, controls the six main factors of melanin production, acts on all key steps of melanin synthesis, and effectively controls the formation of melanin.
1.Inhibits the plasminogen/plasmin pathway, thereby inhibiting melanogenesis. It inhibits the interaction of dendrites with keratinocytes.
2.Can lighten age spots, hyperpigmentation and brighten skin.
3.TXC is suitable for various skin care products to remove pigmentation, brighten, lighten spots, post-sun pigmentation, melasma and inflammation.
4.TXC is also convergent.
