The nature of the
TTC is a fat-soluble light-sensitive complex, highly toxic, and its solution is colorless, which more or less has an inhibitory effect on the growth and reproduction of microorganisms. In addition, TTC will be seriously destroyed under the condition of high-temperature sterilization, resulting in a significantly decreased dyeing effect. TTC stain is a reaction of TTC with the succinate dehydrogenase in the mitochondria of living cells to produce dirty triphenyl methyl (TTF) in red to represent the vigor or number of cells. Keep out of the light when storing or dyeing, 37 degrees.
