The blister packaging of drugs is formed by filling the drugs in the blister by vacuum (blowing) or molding, using covering materials such as aluminum foil, and sealing with the blister substrate under certain temperature and time conditions by pressure. The blister packaging of drugs is also called blister eye packaging, referred to as PTP (press through packaging), which is one of the main forms of drug packaging, and is suitable for the mechanical packaging of tablets, capsules, suppositories, pills and other solid preparations.
